Whisky Sour


  • 5 cl SIR EDWARD’S whisky
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cl CANADOU cane sugar syrup
  • Ice Cubes


Into a shaker full of ice, squeeze the juice of one lemon and pour in the whisky and cane sugar syrup. Chill with a few ice cubes then pour into a glass full of ice, straining the cocktail and leaving the ice in the shaker.

Tip: decorate the glass with a long piece of lemon zest.
