loch fyne scotland roadtrip sir edwards

The ceiling of the oyster bar looks like fish bones. It’s a good start for a bar specialising in seafood! Here, everything is very fresh. The bar is supported by an oyster farm founded 40 years ago.

Since then, the farm has expanded and produces mussels. It also has its own smoking room. In Loch Fyne, you can eat smoked mussels ! I tasted some, they’re really good. You can also enjoy scallops and salmon.

The seafood of Loch Fyne is particularly famous. But they are not the only ones. With the many Lochs opening onto the sea, the Argyll region has just stared delighting my taste buds.
