Teuchters landing : good food and sports !

« Teuchter » refers to a rude and rustic Highland man. It’s a scornful word. So why call the pub that way? The two founders, themselves « teuchters », decided to see the funny side of the expression. That’s what they explain in the pub.

Teuchters landing is a warm place, in the spirit of northern Scotland. There, we ate mugs of cullen skink (smoked haddock cream soup), burgers and, of course, delicious homemade fries. The whisky list is also really impressive.

And then at Teuchters landing, they like sport. I can see rugby shirts all over the walls. Obviously, football is also appreciated. I decide to sit at a table in front of the giant screen. The match begins !
