Loch Stack is a fishing spot in the Sutherland region. There are trouts as well as salmons. The salmon reaches the loch via the Laxford River, and you can catch them as early as May, but I was told the best period is from June to October. For the moment, I do not see many people, the fishing season has not started yet!
Loch Stack is a beautiful expanse of dark water. It extends for more than 6 km, in the middle of the mountains, including the majestic Ben Stack, which exceeds 700 metres in altitude.
This little stone house is a welcome shelter. In the sky, more clouds are appearing. If it snows again, I’ll knock on the door.
