Tobermory is the largest town on the Isle of Mull, the small harbour is home to 1000 inhabitants. What is striking in Tobermory is that row of colourful houses. Red, blue, yellow, the main street can’t be missed!

And rightly so, as Tobermory is a nice place to walk around. It is an excellent starting point to explore the island, and to rest after a long day of sightseeing. Cafes and restaurants are numerous.

Personally, I fell in love with the ice cream shop on the main street. Isle of Mull Ice Cream sells homemade ice cream made with local milk. Their creamy texture is really worth queueing a little bit to enjoy them!
