You will need...
- 
        4 cl Sir Edward’s Finest 
- 
        1 Sparkling water 
- 
        1 dash of Angostura Bitters 
- 
        1 sugar cube 
Mixture
In a mixing glass filled with 2/3 ice cubes, pour the bitters on the piece of sugar and pour Sir Edward’s whisky. Mix and then add sparkling water. Pour into the old-fashioned glass decorated with a zest of orange.
