enjoying-a-burger-in-stirling-sir-edwards-roadtrip

In addition to classic pub dishes (fish and chips, sausages and mash, etc.), burgers have made a name for themselves in Scotland. While in Stirling, I wanted to enjoy a good burger, half American, half Scottish.

What is good with this American dish is that it adapts very well to local traditions. In Scotland, you can find salmon burgers and a burger with whisky marinated meat. Very good!

At the Filling Station, I found what I was looking for. On the menu, I see that there is The Highlander, a super tasty burger with American cheese and haggis. It’s perfect for a hungry stomach. No doubt, The Filling Station deserves its name!
